AFTER REPORTING CELL C FOR THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE SOMEONE CONTACTED ME ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND PROMISSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND SEND PEOPLE TO MY AREA AND STILL NOTHING. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 2GIGABYTES WORTH OF DATA EVERY MONTH, THIS WAS ABOUT LAST YEAR NOVEMBER AND SINCE THEN NOTHING HAS HAPPENED NO DATA AND THE DONGLE DOES'T WORK PROPERLY I THEN WENT TO CELL C AND WAS ADVISED TO GO TO MAKRO WERE I GOT THE PACKAGE BUT MAKRO SAID I SHOULD GO TO CELL C AS ITS A TECHNICAL ERROR. I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY ACCOUNT SINCE Then AND EVEN PAID UPFRONT FOR THIS SERVICE. NO ONE WANTS TO OWN UP AND SORT THE PROBLEM I HAVE TO RUN AROUND LIKE A HEADLESS CHICKEN AS THE CLIENT PAYING FOR SERVICE I AM NOT GETTING. IT'S EITHER YOU TAKE YOU'RE PACKAGE AND GIVE ME MY MONEY OR SORT YOUR STUFF OUT QUICK. I HOPE ANYONE READING THIS GIVES IT A SECOND THOUGHT BEFORE CHOOSING A NETWORK.
