I took my mom today in order to do her upgrade. We spent 10 minutes on the floor with not a single consultant approaching us, hence we had to delve through the phones, looking for the right one. This while there is one (Roswin Joseph) doing nothing but looking how his colleague unpacks a ladies new phone.
When we finally managed to drag his eyes away from the lady to help us, he looked annoyed by the interruption of his flirting around.
When we mentioned that we wanted to do an upgrade, the answer was an abrupt "No stock". He did not ask what phone, so I have to assume that there is not a single phone available to any upgrade client and the lady who received her Z10 took the last unit of ALL phones at that branch. He turned his attention back to the lady.
When we asked to speak to someone helpful, well lets say that is where I drew the line of poor service and bad attitude. I said we would then rather cancel the contract, as it expires on the 17th of May, it was a short, you cant. The final choice is up to my mom, but I told her to get CellC out of her life as it is a sorry state of affairs at the Paarl branch.
