Default loaded ITC without informing me

My Vodacom account was was listed on ITC without even giving me a call explaining what the process will be. Apparently a letter was send by mail??? I had to go through the embarrassment of hearing this from a car dealership!!!

The account has been settled and I expect a motivation letter to be send to ITC to have this removed

Let me know soonest what will be done to resolve this
