I could not connect to the internet for 9 days due to an 8ta/Telkom Mobile system error. More than 5 consultants tried to help everyday since the beginning of May 2013, without resolution. 3 consultants from Cape Town went the extra mile and resolved it today. I am super exited. Thankyou Ashley Rhodes, Imraan Abrahams and Brad Wales. These 2 technicians together with their Manager were knowledgeable and patient during the whole process today. Thank you so much. Colin
