Nashua Mobile
Listed for the account that i have already settled

I have just recieved my Transunion report and to my suprise I have been listed by Nashua Mobile that i have settled the account for and have been send a letter that the account is settled. I recieved a letter from Nhlakanipho Hlatswayo from the Nashua mobile legal department on the 26/07/2012 and it stated that my account has been settled, today the report shows that I was handed to be listed on 06/08/2012. its says, i owe them an amount of R3237.00... please clear my name as this is giving me a bad record and I tried calling you and was kept on hold in 3 occassions for more than 30minutes.
