Great Service Neotel... Really?

I have recently received an email from Neotel telling me they have recently made huge improvements to their service and call center... blah blah blah.

To be honest I have never dealt with what appears to be such incompetent fools. They haven't ever been able to assist me telephonically and that is when I can actually get hold of them! Never mind the fact you have to phone 20 / 30 times to get through. Don't bother leaving a message for them to phone you back - it's been 7months and I'm yet to hear from them... There is a lot to be desired. Apart from that the product sux and doesn't work as they say it will, it's barely usable - takes me back to the days of your old dial up modems.

Still after all this gripe, they wont even let me return the device (according to telephonic support) and if you want a signal boost (which baffles me because apparently I have nearly full signal on occasions) I must pay in.

Don't use these guys!!! You'll regret the purchase. We have friends that also run their phone through them and have had endless hassles, the product never worked since day one.

In a day of choice - do you want to make the wrong one and go with a provider like this?
