SEND E-MAIL WHICH THEY REPLIED TODAY 2DAYS LATER..AM HOLDING ON THE LINE KNOW FOR 30 MIN SPOKE TO NTHABISENG, SEBONGILE AND MARC THE RUDEST OF ALL THEY KEEP ON PUTTING ME ON HOLD THEN EVENTUALLY TRANSFERING WITHOUT A WORD, NOW AM REALLY ANGRY...
i HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH AUTOPAGE FOR AGES... I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT UNTIL I TOOK A LAPTOP EARLIER THIS YEAR... EVERY SINGLE MONTH AM PHONING AUTOPGAE ABOUT MY BILLING, FIRST THEY OVERBILLED ME AND CORRECTED IT WITH R244.50 TO BE EXACT, AND NOW THEY TELL ME I OWE R244.50 AND MY LINES WILL BE DISCONTINUED, I NEVER MISS MY PAYMENTS WITH U IN THE HISTORY OF ME BEING A CUSTOMER, AND I DON'T THINK I OWE AUTOPAGE THAT AMOUNT NO ONE EXPLAIN TO ME INSTEAD THEY KEEP ON TRANSFERING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST... MY DEBIT WENT THROUGH FINE FOR THIS MONTH AND THE 767 WHICH THEY OVERDEBITED FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH AND REFUNDED THAT 244.50..
