Good day!
I pay my account for my five contracts on the 15th of every month. You will note that I have done this for the last 3 months religiously. Suddenly yesterday on 8 May you switch off all my accounts. I can't phone, I don't have 3G.
Can you provide me any logical reason for this.
I have explained that I have stopped my debit order from FNB since my salary date has changed and I prefer to pay via EFT on the 15 th of every month.
I pay you every 30 days.
Why did you switch off my account? It was the 8th of May yesterday, the 15th is next week - you will get paid - AS USUAL!!
Please switch on my account TODAY!!!
