A top up 2GB data contract was upgraded on 27/5/212 and contract let to understand as a TOP UP with a monthly subscription of R 149.00. On 30/3 received an account of R 1221.52. On enquires at the Newcastle office personal and Manageress Susan they promised to sort out the matter. The Nashua call centre Bulelane was contacted twice 26/4 and a complaint registered. They promised to escalate to higher authority. This never happened and the Manageress of Newcastle never got back to me. During my many visits to the NEWCASTLE office my contract was suddenly changed to a TOP Up contract on 12/4/2013. The contract was completed by a person who has now left the branch and now I'm told nothing can be done. Be warned that contracts are given without explanation and one cannot complain about service because there is NO service. I have been with the Company for 8 Years and would not make use of their services again once contract expires.
