Infuriating telesales calls

I agree 100% with the complainant about the incessant telesales calls from Mobiles Plus.

Despite polite requests to remove me from their database, they persist in phoning me.

Worst of all, they refuse to provide a name of their manager so that we can lay a complaint.

Their conduct is in direct contravention with new consumer protection legislation.
