My complaint @ Elite Mobile started on the 12 April 2013 I have a current cellphone contract with them and phoned them for an aditoinale contract spoke to one of there sales representatives and on the 15 April i got an sms from them telling me that it was unsuccessful then I got a call on the 16 April to tell me that it was successful the rep confirmed all detail regarding the phone he confirmed insurance information. I asked him is the contract approved now and he said yes. So a week later i phoned them and said that i have not recieved my phone so they told me that the contract was not approved i then laid a complaint with them and then it took them a week before they came back to me and 3 tellephone calls so a lady phoned me and said to me she is really sorry it is a mistake on there said and the will be taking disaplanery action against the employee that made the mistake. So i told the lady that im not happy i want my phone because as per the consumer act if you promise a consumer something so 4 days later she phoned and said they will give me a R300 phone to say sorry. I told them its not good enought and then it became vodacoms fault and she will get back to me and its 3 days
