Hello, I have submitted a request for credit on the Telkom website a long while ago but I'm still waiting for a response. My phone including the ADSL line was down from 28th March 2013 up to 10th April 2013 (12 days). I requested credit to be passed for these days as the phone was out of action. I hope via this website action can be taken.
