STILL UNACCEPTABLY BAD SIGNAL IN GREENSTONE

I sent through a complaint on 03 April to complain about the terrible signal with CELL C on my BLACKBERRY 9790. Kishan from the Cell C tech support called me and advised that I switch to 2G (EDGE). I did so and the signal was slightly better, but of no real use to me at all. I would like Cell C to contact Blackberry and check if the 9790 does have a weak aerial. The reason I'm asking is because I have better signal using my Nokia C5, but then I'm unable to use the internet and BBM facility which I am still paying for. I also don't understand why, when I send an SMS in an area with perfect signal, I get a response "Retries exceeded". No matter what I do or wherever I am, the SMS just won't go through!
I was in the Greestone Shopping Mall today. When I arrived home, I decided to switch my 9790 off as I hadn't received any FNB messages for my purchases. I switched it back on and fair enough, the messages started to come through along with a few missed calls. There was someone waiting at the booms for me to drop off something I have been waiting to receive for a few weeks and I'd missed my chance. This Cell C contract together with 9790 is causing much stress in my life. Please help!
