I am totally disgusted at Vodacom 4 u in Clearwater mall.shop 147 Mezzanine. I spoke to Ricardo he gave me his word to exchange the blackberry handset. The scroller packed in within before 7 working days. Due to the fact that I was working long hours I couldn't return before 7 days but returned it just after that. They sent my phone in they wudnt change it because it had a few scratches on the back cover. On this contract Im paying nearly R300 per month bound for 2 years. No call that my broken phone is back no before or after service. A month later still no contact from them. I will not accept this treatment and will continue with further things like Carte Blanche ect. Very very disgusted at all the people in this shop and I will continue my complaints were I can.
