Was always very happy with Cell C data (both contract and pre-paid options that I had). Due to this, decided to change my cell contract to you and got an iPhone contract last week monday. What a shock! Get full 3G reception, but no data flow! Contacted the technical centre and they logged a call to re-provision the number to the IMEI - no feedback/result. In 8 days I have only managed to get about 40meg via the network! When will this be sorted out? The internet is FULL of people complaining with the same issues! Manager at Centurion Cell C told me it is your LTE changes that stuffed everything! I only want the 3g I'm used to!! I need details on when this will be resolved. Do you know how many customers you are losing? I know of quite a few that moved from you during the past week due to the network.
