This morning my wife and I have been trying to call various companies. Every time we call we get through to a number that isnt even close to the number we have dialled. Then half way through the call it starts dialling another number. It is not a handset issue as we have used two different hansets. We have also tried more than one number and everytime it goes to a different place so it is not a company issue. Another issue is that whenever we call out from either of our handsets is we get circuit channel not available. We called vodacom helpline and spoke to Andy and the service was pathetic as she accused us of dialling the wrong number and the company of advertising the wrong number. This has cost us many phone calls trying to get through to the number intended.
