Call centre has my phone number for another client

I have now been receiving phone calls from the African Bank Call centre daily - sometimes twice a day - for over a week looking for someone who is obviously a client of theirs at my number. They clearly have my number listed for this person and are trying to contact him, but because despite several requests for them to delete my number from their incorrect lists, I am still getting the calls!

I have pointed out to them that it is illegal under the CPA to contact consumers who have not given permission and who have specifically requested that they be taken off their lists, but even this has had no effect.

It is extremely irritating to continually be hounded by a call centre based on a wrong number and I would like my number deleted from their system immediately, otherwise I will place a formal complaint with the Banking Ombudsman.
