4 different accounts in one month

We contacted Telkom to transfer our telephone account into my mother's name after my father passed away. Yet this month we received an account for both my mother and father. In addition the rental fee my mother is now being charged is almost double to what it was before. Then we received another account with a different amount and again this week we received yet another one with another different amount. The only thing they have in common is the rental fee which is almost double. We have phoned Telkom numerous times to enquire what is going on but the call centre agents have no clue what is going on - in fact they didn't seem to know they were working for Telkom. I have also emailed them. Now I need to pay the account but which one should I pay? Seriously this business needs to get their act together. They are no longer the only provider and need to start earning their business. Your service is shocking and appalling and I am sick of your ineptitude! I expect a reply in the next few hours otherwise I will approach ICASA or consumer watch or whatever I have to get some accountability!
