Terrible internet speed

I converted from the old 1M R488/month line to the uncapped premium 2M line for R599/month and now my online gaming experience has gone down the drain! I have been playing perfectly before the conversion and now I can't even move during gameplay.

If i understand correctly, premium means that the speed is never slower than the speed that you paying. The line is absolutely unstable and the speed drastically changes during gameplay. I know that Mweb is at fault as I have even tried tethering with my phone to play and no problem occurred whatsoever.
