Otched repairs

My phone has been repaired at Vodacom advance center up to a point where i don't want the handset anymore .all repair jobs were botched .i have send emails but have not received any direct response from from the repair center ..The only response i received was via my local branch yesterday saying that i do not qualify for a handset replacement or a model swap my phone was send for repairs sixth time already . please see my job numbers 8507354

i am not sure about the exact date in February 2013 the problems started October 2012 where my phone started dropping calls and rebooting intermittently it is a Sony Ericsson arc s . i cannot comprehend the the poor service from a company as big as Vodacom. i am with Vodacom for more than twenty five years i have never experienced the poor level of service that i am getting at present i am very disappointed to say the least..My request and i believe it is my right is for a model swap or a handset swap .the company cannot expect me to take a handset back after six botched repairs..
