SHOCKED AT THE EXCUSE OF LIQUID WATER DAMAGE

I am shocked at the Vodacom repair service. My phone is now packed up in the box relegated to the drawer full of useless equipment. The more people I speak to the more I realise that Vodacom's standard response is liquid damage so they don't have to accept responsibility for this particular model handset.
I have been with Vodacom for 6 years and now when my renewal comes I will think twice. I have even changed my husbands phone to a Samsung due to the bad handsets.

I renewed my contract on the 26 november 2012 and chose the blackberry 9320 as it was available on my contract terms.

I have struggled with battery life and rebooting and the handset battery getting very hot so we sent it in for warranty repairs on the 1 july 2013 and i received the handset back on the 5th july and was told it was fixed.

I then battled along with a phone that just kept rebooting itself several times in a row, getting so hot i would have to remove it from its protective case and not take calls when it is so hot. I took it back to the shop on the 12th august as i could not struggle any longer and missed a phone call from my daughters school.
