AMAZING SERVICE

It is really not often that you receive brilliant service these days anymore!! I had my entire handbag - and luckily I was due for an upgrade. I went in to Vodacom Lakeside Mall and I'm so lucky I was served by Jonathan. Not only did he recommend the best package for me based on my requirements - he went ABOVE AND BEYOND... literally, to help me out! I had to return for my SIM swap and activation - he didn't even make me stand in the queue - which was a LIFE SAVER considering I had my 5 and a half month old in tow! I was in and out and he was INCREDIBLY helpful!!! He really deserves some amazing recognition because I would be back in store in a heartbeat - when normally a trip to Vodacom is a chore!! Thanks again Jonathan!!! And just to mention - the Lakeside Mall store really spins - these guys are on their toes and you can see that they are working hard to help customers as efficiently as possible!!
