Im sick of you in 5 months already!

2 weeks ago if not a week i wrote a complaint to vodacom here on hello peter and someone called me and said they will call me back, till today im still waiting. i have been reporting my phone for ever and i booked my phone for 1 thing and now you telling me of thousands, i didnt ask you to find other faults on the phone, i said fix the settings that are not saving, which have not been saving ever since i received this phone. so i now want you to take this phone and keep it and i want nothing to do with you anymore.
and the lady that is suppose to be the face of vodacom at lakeside mall gives me an attitude as if i asked her to work for you guys, all i ask just do your job as this phone is only 5/6 months old
