Had a Blackberry. Got. Changed to iPhone 4. Did a sim swap (micro sim card) in February 2013 at Lakeside Mall, Benoni. Requested consultant to cancel bbm charges. Only found out now that it wasn't cancelled. Vodacom have it on their system that I did the sim swap, but just continued to charge me. I am owed R59 x 7 months (about R400) and NO-ONE will acknowledge it. If you phone Midrand, they say it's Lakeside Mall. If you phone Lakeside Mall, the manager has only been there three months and the consultant who was pregnant at the time, has probably left or is on Maternity Leave. I am a customer who has yet again, been shafted!!! Vodacom actually doesn't give a continental - as long as you pay every month.
