Pathetic after sales service for a loyal custome

I approached the Two Tins Canal Walk trading as Vodacom Repairs Century City in Canal Walk shopping centre today as my iPhone stopped charging. I informed them that the phone stopped charging and should be repaired or replaced. I pay in excess of R1000 per month for a contract I use only for work purposes, hence the longer I stay off network and unaccessible to my clients it costs me income. The individual who helped me advised that they cannot supply me with a handset in the interim and left me to "make a plan" on my own. This is unacceptable, why should I pay so much for no service? I expect them to supply me with a handset that accomodates my micro sim while attending to the repair that will take two weeks and not give me a pathetic excuse that all the phones are out. Do they expect that I go buy one for this period?
