BAD SERVICE

As an mtn consumer have signed for a 24 months contract that I have been told that I am covered for 24 months for warranty but to my surprise when I took it for repair they telling me about quotations so now I get confused and I cant afford to that kind of money where else I am still paying the contract please assist me in this issue because now even their manager is been rude to me.

I rejected the code of R820.00 because I don't have it but they still want me to pay R460 whereas there is no physical damage on the Laptop
