ASK FOR REPAIRS TO BE DONE, THEY BROKE IT

In Feb'13 I gave my phone in for repairs. I was waiting to receive it back, I received it YESTERDAY. They fixed the broken glass, but now I can't use the charger!! The little cover to protect the charge plug from dust is gone, no charger fits in the cellphone. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, they charge me R2700 and now it is even not working any more. And if I take it back, will I have to wait another 3 MONTHS???
