Never have been contacted

A week an a half ago I was promised by Vodacom that one of of there consultants will contact me regarding the miss leading information I have received regarding the promotional data bundles but once again no results no response from Vodacom regarding my complaint. is there anywhere I can report thus further I believe that Vodacom should be fined for miss leading customers.
