Poor service relating to 3g and hsdpa connections

I am a prepaid user on the vodacom network and so i buy data bundles to surf the internet. I have been sitting in front of this pc for most of the afternoon just trying to browse the internet and it takes about 5 minutes to open 1 webpage which i think is rediculous considering that i have a good connecting on both 3g and hsdpa but i only manage to get a speed of 1.5- 5 kbps.this is the service that we get from the leading network in the country.i am seriously considering porting my number to another carrier as vodacom are not living up to their claims.their track record speaks for itself and i feel like im throwing my money down the drain each time i buy a data bundles.its a struggle and im sure there are many others who would agree.according to me you must not misinform the public about being the leading network where you do not live up to it.disgruntled and unhappy.
