FastNet
Almost 2 months, still no Wi-Fi

After Fastnet installed a Wi-Fi Router for us 2 months ago, we struggled 6 weeks for them to finalize it. Now no one can help us acquire a username/password, and Telkom have no idea what we are talking about when we phone them for it (as advised by Fastnet). All we get is "I don't know" and "that's not my department, let me put you through".

Fastnet can come and fetch their things or it is going to the bin.

Disgusted...
