My BIS expired on the 1st of May called the customer service department said they are busy upgrading the system, said it would be up and running the following day. Called back they told me the same thing, this continued until Friday they told me that IT told them it will be sorted out on the 6-5-13. Called back then they told me that they are still busy with the update and it will only be sorted out next week Monday that is a total of two weeks without BIS. Asked the one assistant if they call this customer service he said Yes. Asked to speak to supervisor or manager they just said there is no supervisor or manager to speak to.
Will only have BIS on the 13-5-13
