On 07/12/2013 i went to Morkels, Kenako Mall to pay R868 installment for December, I had already paid R870 on 04/12/2013 for Nov installment, i wanted to pay for December in advance. i waited more than 20minutes for the cashier who was busy chatting on the phone with her friend to assist me, hearing from her conversation that it was a social call i asked her to serve me, she totally ignored me & continue to chat with her friend, i told her that it is rude to chat on the phone infront of the customer, she just rolled her eyes on me as if she was doing me a favor, she made a mistake twice &my card declined, because she was busy with her friend she never asked me if i had a cheque/savings account.she just told me that it's declined. I asked Thundezwa Mini to assist and the payment went through, all this time Nozuko is still chatting on the phone with her friend. she never apologized for her mistake or the manner she was behaving and i told her that i will report her for unacceptaple rude behavior, not doing her duties properly and giving a paying customer a very bad service.
