Keep phoning me

Good day.

I have a big problem with cellc i have been having up's and down been on the phone with them for hours i have been begging and asking and getting no where.
I have two contracts with cellc andi keep on getting phone bills that i need to pay. first i had a debit order with them but had to change that because they kept on taking off amounts of money that was not agreed on. So this month i went to pay my normal montly prem of R300. 200 for one phone and100 for the other. After i paid it the 29th @ NEDBANK I KEPT ON RECEIVING messages that they going to putt off my phones. After few minuts the phone wil be off. That meaning i will phone in fight telling them i paid and they keep on saying i didnt after i have proof of payment slip. I have faxed proof of payment emailed and went into a cellc s store and today i get a sms again they will putt off my phone, after i phoned again i got told they will sort it out but i have had it, how after 7 days you still do not know who paid and who not? Like how does that work and then you send message after message to me telling me i did not pay, make me feel like i dont pay my bills after i paid it before i had to.
