NOT RELEASING MY NUMBER TO PORT TO ANOTHER NETWORK

I have paid the premature cancellation fee on the 26th April as i no longer want to have Vodacom as my network provider.
I have ticked all the boxes to keep my number so it can be ported over to my new network provider.

BUT to date now it is the 6 May and after numerous calls to the call centre, customer complaints, cancellation centre, i have got story after story of WHY my number cannot be released??!!

Apparently it is becuase Vodacom didnt know that i had made payment into their bank account, and it wasnt refecting, so therefore they cant release my number. Mmmm

Like i said to the cancellation call centre, this is why SO many people are leaving Vodacom, the service is shocking no one knows WHAT is going on. Everyone tells me a different story. It is truely amazing how a compnay like 'VODACOM' can behave like this! Service appalling!!!

I have done everything i was told to do from my side, YET Vodacom and their employees are beyond unhelpful???

I wonder if they will even bother to read this???

VERY ANGRY AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE NOW TICKING ON A WEEK!!! AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY!!!
