I launched a complaint on Friday - 3/5/2013 - ref: S3-TP31D-D3UC7

I havent received a call back yet as promised, it is now 3 days later.

Vodacom deducted R1800 - from my account for data usage, WITHOUT informing me of this. Regardless of going over the gigs given as per the data contract, I was never informed of the 'over' usage NOR was there anything such a FREE - this was MENTIONED IN MY ORIGINAL DATA CONTRACT APPLICATION and therefore I wish to know WHY I have been billed this amount.

I find it unacceptable and I will be heading to the Consumer Protector if NOT sorted.
