Dissapointing service due to no delivery

On 10 May my application for an Ipad 4 was approved. I stressed to the consultant that I need this item urgently and I was told that the delivery will take place within a week. This didn't happen. After many phone calls and emails I was told that the specific item was out of stock. I agreed to change my order to an Ipad 3 and was again told that it will be delivered within a week. This of course didnt hapen. It is now almost a month later. I am really disappointed. I really need this Ipad extremely urgent for my daughter's studies. They are downloading textbooks and writing open book exams and she is really suffering because this non-delivery!
