AGAIN!! Cell C is screwing me around

At the end of April I contacted CellC to change my debit order date. They Confirmed that the debit order will change from the end of May to the 15th of May!
Guess what it didn't happen They tried to debit my account at the end of May and it bounced! Now they are sending me threatening smses stating that they will charge me R70 for each time they debit and it bounces!
HOW MANY TIMES MUST ONE COMPLAIN BEFORE THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!!
