Still waiting for my refund!!

This is my second complaint on hellopeter, 7 weeks ago I wrote a complaint that Autopage has been deducting money from my account since I canceled it in August 2012. Someone from head office called me and apologized telling me that it was a system error and that they will refund me R1650 within the next 10 working days, I was impressed that they took so quick to be sorted out! It is now 25 working days since then and I still haven't received anything! Why am I so surprised??? What must I do to get my money back???
