Still Awaiting Refund after 7 days

I looged a complaint on the 4 April 2013 and got a call on the 5 April 2013 to say they apologise and that i would be refunded in 7 working days which is Today the 12 April 2013.I did not receive my refund so i called the call centre and was told guess what "I have to wait another 7 days" this is really frustrating and disappointing. Altech was quick to respond and say they complaint was closed which was utterly incorrect. I would not recommend anyone looking to take out a new contract to go to Altech as they really have service issues and you dont want to be in my shoes.
