I had a 3 contract lines that are ending this month end, one was changed to prepaid, now I wanted to take that same number on a new line, I was told to get the number archived, called again, I was told no, the line is with legal and I must call 1946, called 1946 they dont know why I was asked to call them as there is no reason, called again, now waiting forever to be helped. are you not keen on my business? I dont mind to take it elsewhere, struuu
