I have entered into an agreement with Vodacom at Makro Centurion in November 2012.
After I purchased this phone I kept on experiencing the phone to go on "emergency calls only", which means that I cannot phone out or received any calls or messages. I then went back to Makro Centurion who said that they can send the phone in but it will take up to 3 weeks and longer for the phone to return. I opted to go to my nearest branch of Vodacom at Centurion Mall. They send the phone in and I received it back within 2 weeks. Needless to say, the same problem appeared again. My husband then took the phone to Vodacom World in Midrand. They send the phone back to the technical department as it had a "software" problem. I then received the phone back within a week and a half and needless to say - the same problem is being experienced.
I then went to Vodacaom at Lifestyle Centre Centurion who advised me to go back to where I entered into with my contract which was Makro Centurion. On 6/8/2013 I went there and was advised that they can send the phone in again. This is totally unacceptable to me, as they (Makro) say that the phone must first give these problems for 4 times in a row
