APPALLING AND UNNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM SHOP

Last year in November I was given advice from consultant (VICTOR) at Vodacom shop in Greenstone to downgrade from a talk 500 to a talk 250 because I didnt need to be paying so much for my cellphone. He assured me the R 900 charged would be made up in what I would save. The following two months I received bills which exceeded my normal monthly spend of approx R 1400. I have since spoken to Morne, William, Gerome and Victor on numerous occassions have been into branch about six or seven times been promised this complaint would be sorted out and been promised that there would be a response that same day to ABSOLUTELY NO AVAIL. Four months later I am still trying to sort out this problem and have had NO SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE from the managers (which have changed three times in this shop over the four month period) and in the meantime I am out of pocket in excess of R 2000. I find this absolutely unnaceptable and highly irritating that NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RECITFY THIS MATTER. I am ready to cancel my debit orders (spend R 1800 a month on contracts with Vodacom) and search for a cellular company who actually believes in servicing their customers. I AM MAD AND OUT OF PATIENCE!!
