Auto Page Fails

Hi, I have 2 lines with Auto Page.
1. 0832867825 and 2. 0832867826
I requested that both be transferred to prepaid at the end of next month. I was told BOTH will be moved on 28 April.
UNFORTUNATELY, the 1st one was changed about 5 days before that dat and I lost all my remaining minutes (to the Value of about R100)
The 2nd number (0832867826) WAS NOT transferred to prepaid until the new month. I had to phone them onMay 2 and was told it will be done within 2-24hrs. (I had spoken to Suzan, ref. 2125583)
By today (Sunday) it wasn't yet done. Actually now whenever anyone tries to call this number (0832867826) it says "Number doesn't exist" spoke to Violet today who says she doesn't know why, but will raise issue with manager.
THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!
So My problem is dual:
1. I want a refund for the early termination of the 1st number (0832867825) as I lost about R100 worth of airtime!
2. The issue with the 2nd number and that it must be immediately transferred to Pre Paid.
