In May 2011 I transferred my 2 phone contracts from Vodacom to MTN because Vodacom's signal disappeared and they were not interested to help me. (I complained for 6 years). MTN's signal was very good at that stage. In 2012 the MTN signal started to deteriorate to absolutely no signal in September. I reported it to the MTN shop, who reported it to the fault centre while I was there. Needless to say, nothing happened. In January I received a courtesy call from Customer Relations who was very surprised when I informed them of my dismay. The person promised me that I would be contacted by the fault centre within 5 to 10 working days.
Nobody contacted me. The 10th April I went to the MTN shop again. The lady phoned the fault centre and I spoke to them personally, again I was promised 5 to 10 Days. (Ref no #0052-679). It is now again a month and I have heard nothing yet. I cannot call or receive any calls from home. We stay on a Plot outside Daleside and I work shifts. I have to leave my wife alone at night, vulnerable without any means of contact. Believe me, there is NO signal. I have 4 contracts with them, don't they think my business is worth even a small attempt from their side?
