Switching from vodacom because of ian

Vodacom has a data promotion running where 20 gigs of mobile data goes for R500, amazing I know. Not only was there worthless consulting on the part of Ian but customers infront of me where being given brush off information and being spoken down to. I ask for the data bundle and was told that a vodacom franchise does what the store wants and products or services offered by Vodacom HQ aren't available. As much as I can understand that I would expect a consultant to provide with the information to then acquire what I need and not say "what you see in our store is what i can help you with"
