I have tried to apply for a 8ta contract for last month and i have no joy as no one is trying to assist instead i have been sent from one pillar to another, i have reported this to the manager Marrio on Thursday and came to the store on Friday but still my issue is not resolve. I am very unhappy and i thought Telkom was for people not against people. The contract is for the company PJS Promotion order no 5298965. I have been waiting since March and nothing is happening and when i go to the store no one knows anything is like i am talking with bunch untrained consultant.

I would like some one to deal with and sort this thing out as this will create a bad name for 8ta and if i am not getting any respond with you i will look for other alternatives for my voice to be heard...
