Approved contract with no delivery of Product!!!

Good day! I have signed up for a laptop contract with MTN and it has been two full weeks and I have still not received the product! I was told that it would take between 3-4 working days. This is the same reason I have avoided dealing with MTN all along as all you ever hear is complaints from their customers. I need this laptop urgently yet all I get told by the staff at King Shaka branch is that they are awaiting stock. However other stores I have spoken to have told me they received stock and allocated it as well. This is totally unacceptable as I was approved by the ITC within 24 hours!!
