Beares
Still waiting for my goods!

I saw a special in one of the Beares advertisement leaflets on the 27th of February 2013 and decided that I am going to apply for credit at Beares in Krugersdorp. The product was a HP Laptop that includes a bag, Canon Printer and some software. I applied and was subsequently approved for it. I was told that they don't have stock of this particular product, however they will personally collect it from another store and that I will get it by the next day. Today has been almost two weeks since that day. Excuses has ranged from ''I was busy with a client (the whole day) so I couldn't attend to it'' to '' We are waiting for the supplier, no one has stock''. I find it absolutely unacceptable that Bears can advertise something that they don't have stock of! I really don't mind waiting for something but come on two weeks!!! This is terrible service, I could have bought It at Game and walk out with my laptop the same day!
