I purchased a 200 Giga sim card but it does not connect to the internet at any speed higher than 25kpbs. When I tried calling customer service after waiting for nearly 15 minutes in call waiting I was transferred to technical I explained everything. Then I was cut off??? I really am stuck here I had hoped that this would last me the year because I can not get adsl but I cant even connect at 1mbps and I would have been happy with even that even though its suppose to go up to 7mbps. Because of this slow rate I can not use the sim card for what I bought it for and am I am HOPING SOME ONE will fix this.
