No response from Cell C with billing queries

I'm writing on behalf of my wife that is currently out of the country.

She got a Cell C data package that cost R99 for 2GB per month on 1 March 2013. However, she is getting billed R202. She contacted Cell C on their website and no response for a week. Eventually she went to the Cell C in Sandton, where she was told that it has something to do with being billed in advance. Even if that is the case, I don't know in which universe it is that 99 x 2 = 202. We eventually contacted somebody we know who works at Cell C in an administrative capacity, and she forwarded it to customer service as well. We got a response from customer service that we would be contacted within 2 day. Another two weeks passed and still nothing. The R202 has been taken now via a debit order, and we still don't know why.

Please contact us soon. Your customer services are quite bad. I look forward to you not contacting me with regards with this again for another two weeks, when I'll have to contact you again through some other means.
